Title V Permit Application

The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed a Title V permit modification and a PSD (Prevention of Significant Deterioration) permit from Koch Methanol St James LLC, 5181 Wildcat St, St. James, Louisiana 70086 and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on November 2, 2022. The facility is located at 5181 Wildcat Street in St. James, St. James Parish.
 
Koch Methanol St James LLC proposes to modify a Title V permit and obtain a PSD (Prevention of Significant Deterioration) permit.
 
This permit is to be processed as an expedited permit in accordance with LAC 33:I.Chapter 18
